No. UV printing should only be considered when the material, surface and printable area of the selected product are suitable. Some acrylic products, keychains, trophies, medals, souvenirs and event merchandise may be suitable for UV printing, while other products may be better suited to DTF printing, heat transfer, sublimation, embroidery or another customisation method.
Not necessarily. Logo placement depends on the shape, material, printable area and customisation method of the selected product. Before production, the logo size, proportion, layout and suitable placement should be evaluated according to the actual product.
Urgent Orders, Production & Order Planning
It is best to provide the product or apparel type, estimated quantity, logo or artwork, preferred customisation method if already known, and required completion date as early as possible. Our team can then evaluate the timeline based on the quantity, artwork, production requirements and current production schedule.

Depending on the project requirements, MCOS Design can accommodate different timelines, including urgent 24-hour and even 8-hour requirements where feasible. The actual timeline can only be confirmed after the project requirements have been reviewed.
With in-house production, we can manage the production workflow and quality requirements more directly, with attention to print consistency across repeat and larger orders. Actual production requirements will still depend on the product, artwork and selected customisation method.
